When ordering, please be sure you are ordering the correct part.
For example, If you have a Pontiac Trans Am, please do not order a Pontiac Firebird part. Some parts do differ and that is why we list certain items for certain models.
Shipping generally takes 7-10 business days from the time you place your order.

Special order items such as the Third Brakelight Lenses may take 7-15 business days to ship. If there is any delay, we will be sure to send you an update.
Do not return the package without prior authorization.
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Shortages, damages or wrong parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All packaging materials should be held for inspection. We reserve the right to request photos of damages.
No returns will be accepted after 7 business days from delivery. Which means, you will have 7 business days to return the product to us once you receive a return authorization code from Customer Service.
Third Brakelight Lenses and/or Side Marker lenses: No returns on custom wording lenses. 25% restocking fee on all other lens order returns and exchanges.
The Customer is responsible for return charges, however, may be altered on case by case basis.
If an exchange is requested, please be sure to note what product you would like to exchange the order for. Exchange shipping is free of charge.
